 | Arches National Park
Arches National Park contains one of the largest concentrations of natural sandstone arches in the world. The arches and numerous other extraordinary geologic features, such as spires, pinnacles, pedestals and balanced rocks, are highlighted in striking foreground and background views created by contrasting colors, landforms and textures. The park is 76,519 acres in size.

 | Bryce Canyon National Park
At Bryce Canyon National Park, erosion has shaped colorful Claron limestones, sandstones and mudstones into thousands of spires, fins, pinnacles and mazes. Collectively called "hoodoos," these colorful and whimsical formations stand in horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters along the eastern edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.

The Hatch Point area of the Canyon Rims Recreation Area is a large plateau located south of Moab, Utah. Within this area, visitors may tour scenic overlooks by car, camp, explore a series of dirt roads, hike, backpack and ride bikes. The majority of visitors come to observe the Colorado River's
canyon from the overlooks at the edge of the plateau.
